01: What is Tikkies?
Tikkies is the new way of paying using your mobile phone, MDA / PDA or internet.

02: How can I use Tikkies?
You can buy products with Tikkies using your mobile phone, MDA / PDA or internet. Besides that, you can transfer money to other Tikkies users with your mobile phone or over the internet.

03: What does Tikkies cost?
- Subscribing and paying with Tikkies is entirely free.
- Tikkies does not bill you a transaction fee.
- You pay the normal costs from your provider for an SMS.
- When you make a payment with your mobile phone, you receive a confirmation per SMS. This confirmation is free.
- When you transfer money to another Tikkies user, you receive a confirmation per SMS. The costs for this are €0,40.
- Checking your balance per SMS costs €0,25
- Receiving a payment on to your Tikkies wallet is free
- When you transfer money from your Tikkies wallet to your bank account, the costs are: €1,00 + 2,5%.

04: How can I subscribe for Tikkies?
Go to Subscribe on the website and follow the instructions. Fill in a username and email adress and your Tikkies wallet is almost ready to use. You receive an email in which the further data is mentioned you need to use Tikkies.

05: How safe is Tikkies?
Tikkies is very safe, because of the usage of username, password, pincode, SSL technique and more. Read all about it on the page about safety.

07: How can I pay with Tikkies?
When you want to pay for a product or service in a webshop (of a company that offers Tikkies as a payment method), you only have to click on the pamyent button. You can also pay with Tikkies using your mobile phone. You only need your username and pincode.

08: How do mobile payments work with Tikkies?
Tikkies is a wallet that you can use to pay over the internet or with your mobile phone. Please see the demo to see how this works.

09: How do I pay using the internet?
When you want to pay for a product or service in a webshop (of a company that offers Tikkies as a payment method), you only have to click on the payment button and follow the further instructions.

10: How do I top up my Tikkies wallet?
You can top up your Tikkies wallet easily using your bank- or giro account, credit card, internet banking, minitix, WWWbon, Wallie and iDEAL. Outside the Netherlands there are several other options.

11: How do I transfer money to someone else?
You can transfer money to other Tikkies users through your mobile phone or via the Tikkies website.

12: Where can I pay with Tikkies?
As soon as you see the Tikkies logo in a magazine, paper, billboard, website or somewhere else, you know you can use your Tikkies wallet to pay.

13: How much money can I have on my Tikkies wallet?
There is a maximum of 150 Euro you can have on your Tikkies wallet.

14: How can I see my current balance?
When you send an SMS with your mobile phone to 5030. You only have to send the word 'saldo' followed by your pincode. You will receive an SMS back within a few seconds. When you login on the Tikkies website, you can see the erntire overview of your transactions and your current balance.

15: How do I transfer money back to my bank- or giro account?
You only have to fill in your bank- or giro account number and your money will be transferred.

16: Can I undo a transaction?
Once you made a transaction, you cannot reverse it. When a company doesn't provide what you expected, you will contact the company first. When you cannot solve the problem together, you can inform us about it. We can try to help you where we can.

17: Is there an overview of my Tikkies transactions?
Yes, when you are logged in on the Tikkies website, you can click on the button 'transactions', where you can see an overview of your transactions.

18: Can I pay with Tikkies when my mobile phone does not work?
Yes, when your mobile phone doesn't work, you can still make payments using the internet. To process mobile payments with Tikkies, you always need a mobile phone.

19: Do I have to activate number recognition to use Tikkies with my mobile phone?
Yes, you have to activate number recognition to use Tikkies, otherwise we cannot recognize your phone. We need your phone number in combination with your pincode to make a transaction.

20: Does Tikkies work with every mobile phone?
Yes, you can use Tikkies with every mobile phone. The only condition is that you have to be able to receive phone calls and send SMS messages.

21: Does Tikkies work with every mobile provider?
Tikkies works with every mobile provider. It doesn't matter wether you have a PrePaid sim card or a contract.

22: Does Tikkies work with PrePaid sim cards?
Yes, also with a PrePaid telephone you can pay and transfer money with Tikkies.

23: Does Tikkies work with every bank?
Yes, you can use Tikkies when you have a bank- or giro account with every Dutch bank.

24: I forgot my password, what do I have to do?
If you forgot your password, you can fill in the form on this page. You receive a new password per email. Please don't forget to use the same email adress you used in your profile.
When you also lost your pincode, you can login on the Tikkies website to recover your pincode.

25: How do I change my personal data and settings?
After you logged in at Tikkies.com, you can click 'settings' and change your personal data there.
Important: You must fill in your personal data before you can top up your wallet. This is necessary so that the verification with the creditcard companies can be established without problems.

26: What do I have to do when I used a wrong pincode 3 times?
When you used a wrong pincode three times, your wallet will be automatically blocked. You can undo this by asking for a new pincode on the Tikkies website.

27: What do I have to do if I forgot my pincode or password?
You can request a new pincode when you login on the Tikkies website. Your new pincode is sent to you directly per email. For the request of a new password you can also click on 'forgot password' on the homepage.

28: What do I have to do when I loose my mobile phone? Can my Tikkies account be blocked?
If you lost your mobile phone, you immediately have to contact yout mobile provider to (temporarily) let them block your mobile phone number. When your number is blocked, you cannot make mobile payments with Tikkies. You can also send us an email (support@tikkies.com), in which you can ask us to block your Tikkies account.

29: What do have to do when I do not receive a product or service I paid for?
In case a product or service is not delivered and your money has been withdrawn from your Tikkies account, you always have contact the internetshop where you bought the product. If the product or service is still not delivered, contact support@Tikkies.com. In your email, mention the following:
-Name of the internet shop
-Date, reference(number) and amount of the payment
-Contactperson of the Internetshop

30: How do I unsubscribe from Tikkies?
You can unsubscribe from Tikkies by logging in on the website and click 'account termination' We will ask you for your bank account number so we can transfer the money that is left on your Tikkies account to your bank account. For safety measures. your Tikkies account is set inactive and you will receive an email from us. When you confirm the email, your Tikkies account will be terminated.
